RETURN POLICY:

The original purchaser has a period of 30 days to return any purchased items (besides control boards or remote controls) for a full refund (less shipping, handling and any restocking fees). All returned items must be new, unused, sealed or in re-sealable condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging in which it was received. All manufacturer/store warranty literature, instructions manuals, parts and accessories must be included inside the original box in which the item was shipped. In order to protect the original factory packaging from any shipping damages, please place it inside another carton/box when returned. For your protection we may install a security seal on the merchandise which, once removed, will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All returned purchases must be insured in an amount no less than the value of the products or equipment. A return merchandise authorization number, which will be provided to you by Perimeter Security Group, LLC., should be written on the return packaging.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY OPEN BOXES OR USED ITEMS, UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING AND MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY WILL BE IN EFFECT. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CONDITION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!

At the discretion of PSG, refunds are issued either by check or credited back to the original account used to charge the merchandise within 14 days after PSG has approved the return.

RETURNS UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY:

For manufacture warranty requests, we have two options available. Please note that these policies are put forth on behalf of factory and cannot be considered for exceptions or revised.

Option 1: Advanced replacement – with this option you agree to purchase a new part in advance. When you return the defective part back to the factory and it is determined that the product is defective under warranty, the factory then credits PSG and we will credit back your full purchase price. Customer is responsible for all return shipping of defective products. Please be advised that orders will be shipped standard ground from the manufacture unless special freight is requested and special freight is not refundable.

Second 2: Repair and return – This option is for a customer who is not in a rush to receive a replacement. Customers can send the defective merchandise directly to the factory for repair and once the factory determines the merchandise is defective under warranty they will repair or replace the unit. This option takes approx. 3 weeks after arrival at manufacturer for inspection and replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping of defective product.

PRICING:

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when and where discovered, and PSG reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PSG will issue a refund to your credit card account.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED DISCLAIMER:

All products offered on the PSG site, including gate operators, accessories and access control equipment, should be installed by a qualified technical installer. Under no circumstances shall Perimeter Security Group, LLC. be responsible for any personal or property damage sustained by you due to installation of any products and/or equipment. Any warranty, if any, does not cover any damages caused by installation or improper use. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold PSG and the product manufacturer harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the installation of any products and/or equipment purchased from us.

TAX DISCLAIMER:

Purchasers shall be responsible for the payment of any city, state or federal taxes, fees or charges which are imposed upon the purchase of products and/or equipment via an internet website such as this website.

Drop shipments in certain states in the United States require the payment of sales tax. In the event your order contains items that must be drop shipped from the manufacturer, another retailer, a supplier or a wholesaler, state sales tax may be incurred, and one of Perimeter Security Group, LLC.’s team members will contact you and inform you of any additional sales tax amount that may need to be collected prior to shipping and delivery. The TaxJar automated taxing and shipping calculations plugin on this site should correctly calculate all taxes but if an error is made, PSG is not responsible for unpaid taxes.

DELIVERY AND FREIGHT MATTERS:

Delivery Date – Any delivery date stated in any purchase order, agreement or correspondence between you and Perimeter Security Group, LLC. is Perimeter Security Group, LLC.’s best estimate and is based upon prompt receipt of all necessary information and payment from you. We make no guarantee of delivery by such date and shall have no liability or other obligation for failure to deliver on such date, regardless of cause, unless expressly stated otherwise. Perimeter Security Group, LLC. shall have no liability or other obligation hereunder if our performance is delayed or prevented to any extent by any event beyond our control such as, but not limited to, any act of God, strike or work stoppage, fire, flood, accident, allocation or other controls of the Government authorities, shortage of transportation, fuel, material and labor, epidemics or lockdown orders.

Transfer of Risk – Delivery to you shall be F.O.B. our distributor, factory or warehouse. Title and risk to any product and/or equipment purchased from PSG website will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. This risk includes but is not limited to damage, loss or deterioration of the product and/or equipment from any cause whatsoever. It is your responsibility to inspect all products and/or equipment for any freight damage or missing product/packages. In the event your merchandise has been damaged in transit or missing parts, do not accept the damaged goods, make note of the missing packages and contact us immediately. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any damaged and/or defective goods. Failure to inspect your products and/or equipment shall result in a loss of protection.

Additional Freight Fees – Any products and/or equipment purchased, shipped to a residential location and weighing over 75 lbs. may incur an additional fee of Sixty Dollars ($60) by the trucking company. This fee will be charged to the customer if and when we are charged by the trucking company.
