This was a fully bonded contract for Hunt-Lydig Joint Venture, an independent project management firm.  The total budget was $50 million in Connell, Washington.  PSG’s portion of the contract included site grade control around the 60-acre site to install 10,000 lf of concrete wall to keep prisoners from digging out, as well as, detection mounting equipment to detect activity throughout the 18,000 lf of site security.  PSG installed 60,000 lf of razor wire in a security stack for the Washington Department of Corrections.  PSG was also responsible for the sallyport installation, which included all gate security mounting and operating systems.
